I plan the day's movement end to end - clear timings and meeting points for your drivers, or a licensed, comfortable vehicle arranged by me, exactly where it should be.

Tables at places I know personally - matched to the group's tastes, dietary needs and budget, and timed so we never queue and never rush.
Timing flexibility
If the group falls in love with a palace, we stay longer and I quietly rebalance the rest of the day. The plan bends around the people - and still delivers everything that was promised.
Weather contingencies
I watch the forecast days ahead and always carry a plan B worth doing for its own sake. Your clients experience a great day, never a compromised one.
